Comparison review
Galaxy M31s has a global score of 88, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus's overall score of 78.1. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M31s has the previous 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2 version. The Galaxy M31s is a noticeably newer cellphone than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, but it is notably heavier and somewhat thicker.
Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a processing unit that's just as good as Samsung Galaxy M31s's processing unit, because although the Galaxy S5 Plus has a smaller amount of RAM and less cpu cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an extra GPU. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a sharper display than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080, it also counts with a just a little higher display pixels density.
Galaxy M31s captures greater photos and videos than Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Galaxy M31s also has a larger diafragm aperture for better captures and videos in low light situations, a much higher resolution camera and a much bigger sensor shooting lot higher quality photos and videos.
The Galaxy M31s counts with much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory. The Galaxy M31s has a much better battery life than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 114 percent larger battery size.
