Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31s has an overall score of 88, which is a little bit better than the Xperia 5 II's 87.2 overall score. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, the Samsung Galaxy M31s design is thicker and heavier than Xperia 5 II. The Sony Xperia 5 II features a little bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite better count of pixels per inch in the screen and a quite better 1080 x 2520 pixels resolution.
The Sony Xperia 5 II has a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia 5 II also has more RAM. The Xperia 5 II has a bit bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Xperia 5 II also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.
Galaxy M31s takes better photographs and videos than Xperia 5 II, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture and worse video frame rate, and they both have a same size camera sensor and the same (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy M31s also counts with a way better 64 mega pixels resolution back camera.
Samsung Galaxy M31s features a much better battery lifetime than Sony Xperia 5 II, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
