Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31s has an overall score of 88, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's score of 77.7. The Samsung Galaxy M31s is a thicker and somewhat heavier device than the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy M31s has an older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s has a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit. Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a display that is just as good as Galaxy M31s's display, although the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a bit smaller display, a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2280px and a quite lower pixels amount per inch in the screen.
The Galaxy M31s counts with a much greater memory capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy M31s also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy M31s takes way better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy M31s also has a larger aperture to take better low light photos, a back camera with way more megapixels and a lot bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s features a much better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity against 3350mAh.
