Comparison review
Galaxy M31s is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, having an 88 score against 81.4. Galaxy M31s's construction is newer than the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE's, but it's way thicker and noticeably heavier. Both phones we compare here use Android operating system, but the Galaxy M31s has the older 11 version and Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has a bit better looking display than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a just a little better number of pixels per inch in the display. The Galaxy M31s and the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE both have incredibly similar CPUs, both have a 6 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor.
Galaxy M31s has a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy M31s also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M31s features a superior battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has a 6000mAh battery size instead of 3070mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s features just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same camera aperture, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has a camera with lot more megapixels and a larger sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality.
