The Galaxy M31s has a score of 88, which is better than Xiaomi Mi A3's score of 79.2. The Galaxy M31s construction is newer than the Xiaomi Mi A3's, but it is thicker and heavier. Both of these phones use the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that. Samsung Galaxy M31s has a sharper display than Xiaomi Mi A3, because it has a way better 1080 x 2400px resolution, a quite larger display and a higher display density.
