Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M31s, having a general score of 88.9 against 88. Even being the best phone we compare here, Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha's construction is older, just a bit thicker and heavier than Samsung Galaxy M31s. Both devices in this comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has the previous 10 version and Samsung Galaxy M31s has Android 11.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a bit better performance than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has just a bit better screen than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a just a bit worse screen pixel density, it also counts with a bigger display and a higher resolution of 2088 x 2250.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s features a better camera than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, although it has a way less mega pixels resolution back facing camera, a much smaller back-facing camera sensor which provides a way worse photo and video quality, a lower 3840x2160 video quality and a tinier aperture which is not good for low-light photos.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Galaxy M31s counts with a superior battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because it has a 48 percent larger battery capacity.
