Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M31s has a score of 88, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro's 80.5 overall score. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy M31s has the previous 11 version while Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has Android 9.0 Pie. The Samsung Galaxy M31s body is newer, but a little bit heavier and thicker than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s features just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro. They have the same RAM amount and 8 CPU cores. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro features a screen that is very similar to the screen in Galaxy M31s, because although the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a little smaller screen and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a just a little greater count of pixels per inch in the display.
The Galaxy M31s takes a little bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy M31s also has a back facing camera with lot more megapixels and a larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Galaxy M31s has a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy M31s also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy M31s has a really longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
