Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31s is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, having a overall score of 88 against 77.1. Both phones in this review have the same Android 11 operating system. The Samsung Galaxy M31s construction is somewhat thicker and just a little bit heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G.
Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with a much faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. Both have a 6 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G features a better screen than Galaxy M31s, because it has a just a bit better display density, a bit bigger screen and a better resolution of 2080 x 2400 pixels.
Galaxy M31s has a little bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, because although it has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB against 1 TB, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy M31s has greater battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G's camera is just as good as Samsung Galaxy M31s's camera, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low light photos, and they both have the same video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, it also counts with a camera in the back with lot more megapixels.
