Galaxy M33 is just a bit better than Galaxy A12, getting a global score of 86.3 against 80.3. The Galaxy M33 is a a bit thicker but a little bit lighter device than Galaxy A12. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but Galaxy M33 has a more recent 12 version and Galaxy A12 has Android 10 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features and optimized performance.
Samsung Galaxy M33 features a sharper screen than Galaxy A12, because it has a greater pixel density, a bit bigger display and a lot higher 1080 x 2408 pixels resolution. The Samsung Galaxy M33 counts with a little better performance than Galaxy A12, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy M33 also has more RAM.
The Galaxy A12 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy M33, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1 TB. Samsung Galaxy A12 captures just a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy M33, although it has a less megapixels resolution back facing camera and a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light captures.
The Samsung Galaxy A12's battery life is very similar to the battery performance in Samsung Galaxy M33.
