Galaxy M51 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A12, having an 87.7 score against 80.3. Galaxy M51's body is a bit thicker and just a little heavier than Samsung Galaxy A12.
The Galaxy M51 counts with a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A12, because it has a much better 1080 x 2340 resolution, a quite bigger screen and a better quantity of pixels per inch of screen.
