Comparison review
Galaxy M51 has a global score of 87.7, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy A8 Star's score of 82.1. Galaxy M51's design is a lot newer, but heavier and somewhat thicker than the Galaxy A8 Star. These phones have Android OS, but Galaxy M51 has an older 10 version and Galaxy A8 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Samsung Galaxy A8 Star and Galaxy M51 both feature really similar displays, because although the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2220 pixels and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater screen density. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a CPU that is just as good as the Galaxy M51 one, both have a 6 GB RAM and 8 cpu cores.
The Galaxy M51 shoots much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low light photos and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy M51 also counts with a lot bigger sensor which gives a way higher photo and video quality and a much more mega-pixels back camera.

The Samsung Galaxy M51 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has an 89% larger battery capacity.
