Galaxy S5 Active has an overall score of 75.6, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3's 68.8 score. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S5 Active has a more recent 4.4.4 version while Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it provides some nice extra features. The Galaxy S5 Active body is newer and somewhat lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3's, although it is thicker.
Samsung Galaxy S5 Active features a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3, and although they both have a 450 MHz graphics co-processor, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Active also has a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores. The Galaxy S5 Active counts with a much sharper screen than Galaxy Mega 6.3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of display and a much better resolution of 1920 x 1080px.
The Galaxy S5 Active captures better photographs and videos than Galaxy Mega 6.3, because it has a way higher (4K) video resolution and a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution. Galaxy S5 Active features a slightly better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Mega 6.3, because it has 16 GB internal memory capacity and a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB.
Galaxy Mega 6.3 has just a bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
The Galaxy S5 Active is not only the best phones of the ones in this comparison, but it's also a bargain compared to the other ones.
