Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is much better than the Samsung Galaxy M31, having a 98.9 score against 86.5. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy M31 has Android 11 version, so it offers some extra features and some performance improvements. Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and the Samsung Galaxy M31 were only released with a couple of months difference, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra design is a little heavier but also a bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy M31.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a bit better performance than Galaxy M31, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy M31, because it has a quite larger screen, a quite greater amount of pixels in each display inch and a higher 1440 x 3088 resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy M31, because it has a SD memory slot that admits up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy M31 has better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy M31, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a much larger sensor providing a lot better image quality, a lot higher video resolution and a back camera with way more mega pixels.
