Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is much better than the Galaxy M31s, getting a 98.9 score against 88. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version while Galaxy M31s has Android 11, so it counts with lots of additional features and performance tweaks. Even though the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and the Galaxy M31s were released with only a couple months difference, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra body is just a bit heavier but also thinner.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a higher amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because it has a little bit higher pixel count in each display inch, a better resolution of 1440 x 3088 and a quite bigger screen.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a slightly better memory for games and applications than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a much better camera than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a lot more MP back-facing camera, a lot larger back camera sensor capturing much higher quality videos and pictures and a way better video quality.

The Galaxy M31s features superior battery duration than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has a 33% more battery size.
