Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a score of 98.9, which is slightly better than Galaxy S21 Ultra's 98.1 overall score. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a a little bit lighter and a bit thinner phone than the Galaxy S21 Ultra, even when both of them were only released with a couple months difference. Both phones we are comparing here include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has newer 13 version and Galaxy S21 Ultra has Android 11 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features and better performance.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. They have 12 GB of RAM memory and 8 processing cores. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a sharper screen than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a quite better pixel density.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy S21 Ultra shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Both of them have the same video resolution, a 0.75 inches camera sensor, the same 24 fps video frame rate, a 108 MP resolution camera and a F1.8 aperture.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it is more expensive than the Galaxy S21 Ultra, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S21 Ultra. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy S21 Ultra, letting go some specifications.
