Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than the Sony Xperia XZ3, getting a global score of 98.9 against 79.6. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has older 13 version while Sony Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a newer and thinner phone than the Sony Xperia XZ3, but it is just a bit heavier.
The Xperia XZ3 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit greater count of pixels in each inch of screen. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way more expensive than Xperia XZ3, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
