The Galaxy Note 20 has a score of 90.8, which is better than the Xperia 5's global score of 81. Although Galaxy Note 20 is newer than the Xperia 5, it's somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker. Galaxy Note 20 has a bit more powerful processor than Xperia 5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 20 also has more RAM.

Sony Xperia 5 counts with a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2520 and a little bit better number of pixels in each inch in the display. Sony Xperia 5 features a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia 5 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB.

The Galaxy Note 20 captures clearer photos and videos than Sony Xperia 5, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have a same resolution back facing camera, the Galaxy Note 20 also counts with a much higher video resolution and a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and pictures.

The Galaxy Note 20 has a way better battery lifetime than Sony Xperia 5, because it has a 37% more battery size.

Galaxy Note 20 costs more than the Sony Xperia 5, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
