Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has a score of 90.8, which is better than Sony Xperia XZ3's global score of 79.6. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 design is newer and somewhat thinner, but just a bit heavier than the Sony Xperia XZ3. The Galaxy Note 20 features a bit more powerful processor than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 20 also has more RAM memory.
The Xperia XZ3 features a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen pixels density and a better 1440 x 2880 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 counts with a slightly better camera than Sony Xperia XZ3, because although it has a lot less mega-pixels back-facing camera, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture for better low light captures and video, a much bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a much better 7680x4320 video resolution.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a quite bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy Note 20 has better battery performance than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity against 3330mAh.
The Galaxy Note 20 costs a bit more money than Xperia XZ3, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
