The Galaxy Note 3 has a general score of 79.5, which is slightly better than Galaxy S5's 78.2 global score. These phones have the same Android 5.0 operating system. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the Galaxy Note 3 is an older, just a little thicker and heavier phone than Galaxy S5.

Galaxy S5 counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S5 also counts with a better GPU. The Galaxy S5 counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little greater number of pixels in each inch of display and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px.

Galaxy Note 3 features a greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has a SD memory slot that admits 64 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has just a bit better battery life than Galaxy S5, because it has a 14 percent more battery size.
