Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than Huawei P20's 78.1 global score. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is better than Huawei P20, we must note that it is also way older, a little heavier and just a little bit thicker. Both phones we are comparing here have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has the previous 5.0 version and Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a bit better screen than Huawei P20, although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a little bit smaller display and a just a bit lower display pixels density. Huawei P20 has a slightly better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Huawei P20 has a processor that is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 one, because although the Huawei P20 has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a higher number of cores. Huawei P20 captures clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a lower (4K) video quality and a lower 12 MP resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light photography and video and a way bigger camera sensor providing a way higher image quality.
Huawei P20 features a bit longer battery life than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 3400mAh battery capacity.
Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is also the cheapest.
