Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a general score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than Motorola Droid Turbo's global score of 76.4. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is older than Motorola Droid Turbo, it's construction is notably thinner and a bit lighter. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a newer 5.0 version and Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4, so it gives you some extra features and better performance.

Motorola Droid Turbo counts with just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher display pixels density and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Motorola Droid Turbo counts with a bit superior CPU than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor and the same RAM amount, the Motorola Droid Turbo also has a much better graphics processing unit.

Motorola Droid Turbo shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has slower video frame rates, and they both have the same video quality, the Motorola Droid Turbo also counts with a camera with much more mega pixels and a bigger aperture. Galaxy Note 3 has a much greater storage to install games and applications than Motorola Droid Turbo, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 64 GB and 64 GB internal memory capacity.

The Motorola Droid Turbo has longer battery performance than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 3900mAh battery size instead of 3200mAh.

Although Galaxy Note 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Motorola Droid Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola Droid Turbo. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Note 3, else you can save some dollars and get the Motorola Droid Turbo, resigning a couple specs and features.
