Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has an overall score of 81.5, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Note 3's overall score of 81.2. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has a newer 13 version while Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0, giving you some nice extra features and a performance increase. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a much lighter but a bit thicker phone than the Galaxy Note 3.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a brighter display than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a quite smaller display and a little worse display pixels density. Galaxy Note 3 features a really superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, because although it has lesser RAM memory and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.

Galaxy S23 Ultra takes a lot better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has a way more mega pixels camera in the back, a lot larger back camera sensor taking much better quality pictures and videos and a lot bigger camera aperture.
