Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a score of 87.1, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's 81.6 global score. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 construction is much newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's, although it's a little thicker and heavier. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and also faster).

The Galaxy Note 4 counts with a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a little worse 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little better amount of pixels per display inch. The Galaxy Note9 features a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has 96 GB more internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Note9 features longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3220mAh. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 shoots clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a much worse resolution back facing camera and a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a lot bigger camera aperture to capture better images and videos in low light environments.

Galaxy Note9 costs a little more money than Galaxy Note 4, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
