IPhone SE (2022) is slightly better than the Galaxy Note 4, with an 86.6 score against 81.6. IPhone SE (2022)'s body is extremely newer, somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than Galaxy Note 4. The iPhone SE (2022) has iOS 15.x OS, while Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 OS. The iPhone SE (2022) features a better CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with 2 more CPU cores, a 64-bit CPU and more RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a brighter display than iPhone SE (2022), because it has a bigger screen, a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a way higher amount of pixels per screen inch. Galaxy Note 4 features a little bit better storage for games and applications than iPhone SE (2022), because although it has just 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB.
Galaxy Note 4 features a much better battery life than iPhone SE (2022), because it has a 3220mAh battery capacity. Galaxy Note 4 features just a bit better camera than Apple iPhone SE (2022), because although it has slower video frame rates and a smaller aperture which is not so good for shooting photographs and/or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a much more mega pixels camera in the back.
Although Apple iPhone SE (2022) is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Note 4. If you want to save some money, you can buy Galaxy Note 4, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
