Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is slightly better than the Huawei P20, having an 81.6 score against 78.1. Although Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a better phone than Huawei P20, it must be told that it is also notably older, a bit heavier and a bit thicker. These phones include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has the previous 5.0 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Galaxy Note 4 features a brighter screen than Huawei P20, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit higher screen density and a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution. The Huawei P20 has a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a bit superior processing unit than Huawei P20, because although it has less RAM memory and 4 less CPU cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Huawei P20 features just a bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 3400mAh battery size.
Huawei P20's camera is very similar to Galaxy Note 4's camera, because although the Huawei P20 has a much less megapixels back facing camera and a worse 3840x2160 video quality, it also counts with a larger sensor which gives a better image and video quality and a larger aperture for better images in poorly lited environments.
Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, Galaxy Note 4 is also cheap compared to the other phone, making it easy to pick between these devices.
