Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a global score of 81.6, which is slightly better than Motorola Edge 50's 81.2 general score. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a older and just a little bit thicker cellphone than Motorola Edge 50, but Samsung managed to make it a bit lighter anyway. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has the older 5.0 version and Motorola Edge 50 has Android 14 version.

The Galaxy Note 4 has a much more powerful processor than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has 5 GB less RAM memory and a lower number of cores , it also counts with a graphics processing unit. The Galaxy Note 4 features just a bit better looking display than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little greater pixels count per inch of screen and a quite better 2560 x 1440px resolution.

The Motorola Edge 50 counts with a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. Motorola Edge 50 captures much better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a back facing camera with lot more megapixels, a much larger sensor providing a much better image quality and a bigger diafragm aperture.

Motorola Edge 50 counts with a much longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3220mAh.
