Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is slightly better than Sony Xperia XZ3, getting an 81.6 score against 79.6. Both phones in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has 5.0 version while Sony Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a lot older than Sony Xperia XZ3, it's body is a little bit lighter and thinner.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the Sony Xperia XZ3 count with incredibly similar processors, because although the Sony Xperia XZ3 has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of cores. The Galaxy Note 4 counts with a little sharper display than Xperia XZ3, although it has a just a little lower pixel quantity per display inch, a little lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a bit smaller display.

The Xperia XZ3 shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Xperia XZ3 also has a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing better quality videos and pictures, a bigger aperture to capture better photos and videos in poorly lited environments and a more mega pixels back camera.

The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a way bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 32 GB more internal storage. Xperia XZ3 features just a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 4, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity instead of 3220mAh.

In addition to being the best phone in this comparison, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
