IPhone 7 Plus is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, with a global score of 83.8 against 79.3. Although iPhone 7 Plus is a bit heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, it's just a bit thinner and also newer. IPhone 7 Plus has a little faster CPU than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a bit better looking display than iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a little bigger display, a better pixel quantity per inch of display and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The iPhone 7 Plus counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a slightly better camera than Apple iPhone 7 Plus, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing images or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a camera in the back with a way better 16 MP resolution and a bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has just a little bit longer battery performance than iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a 3000mAh battery size instead of 2900mAh.
Although iPhone 7 Plus is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Note 5. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy Note 5, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
