Comparison review

The Google Nexus 6P is just a bit better than Galaxy Note 5, with a overall score of 80.3 against 79.3. Google Nexus 6P's design is a little bit heavier but a little bit thinner than the Galaxy Note 5, and both of them were only released 3 months apart. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a bit more vivid screen than Google Nexus 6P. Both have an equal 2560 x 1440px resolution, the same pixel density and a screen of the same size.

Google Nexus 6P features a little faster processor than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores (although they are slower). Galaxy Note 5 shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Google Nexus 6P, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor providing a lower image quality, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better photos and videos in poorly lited situations and a lot more megapixels camera.

Google Nexus 6P counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Note 5, because it has more internal storage. The Google Nexus 6P counts with just a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 15% more battery capacity.

Although Google Nexus 6P is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Note 5. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Google Nexus 6P, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Note 5, letting go a couple features and specs.
