Moto Z4 has a global score of 79.8, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 5's 79.3 global score. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Moto Z4 has 10 version and Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1 version, so it provides you a couple additional features and performance optimizations. Moto Z4 is a much newer phone, and it is also just a bit thinner and a little lighter than Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

The Motorola Moto Z4 has a bit better CPU than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Motorola Moto Z4 also has a higher number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a more vivid display than Motorola Moto Z4, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels quantity per inch of display and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution.

Moto Z4 features a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 128 GB internal storage and a SD memory slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Motorola Moto Z4 counts with superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has 3600mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.

The Motorola Moto Z4 has a better camera than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Motorola Moto Z4 also has a lot larger back-facing camera sensor, a lot better 48 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a larger aperture.

Although Moto Z4 is a better device, it costs more than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Moto Z4, else you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, resigning some specifications.
