Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a little bit better than the Xperia XZ2, getting a general score of 79.3 against 79.1. Samsung Galaxy Note 5's design is much thinner and somewhat lighter than Xperia XZ2, although it was released 3 years before. Xperia XZ2 has a superior processing power than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Xperia XZ2 also has a higher number of cores (and also faster).
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a little bit better looking screen than Xperia XZ2, and although they both have a same size screen, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also has a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little more pixels per inch of display. Sony Xperia XZ2 shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also counts with a back facing camera with more MP, a bigger back camera sensor shooting higher quality photos and videos and better 60 fps video frame rates.
Xperia XZ2 has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Xperia XZ2 also has a SD card slot that holds up to 400 GB. Xperia XZ2 counts with a bit longer battery life than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 6% larger battery size.
