Asus ZenFone 7 has a global score of 83.9, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge's 81.7 score. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus ZenFone 7 has 11 version and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has Android 5.0, providing a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.
