Comparison review
Galaxy Note Edge has a score of 81.7, which is just a bit better than the HTC One M9's general score of 77.7. The Galaxy Note Edge body is thinner but a bit heavier than the HTC One M9, and both of them were released with only 6 months difference. Both of these devices have the same Android 5.0 OS (operating system), so they should provide the user identical OS features.
Galaxy Note Edge counts with a slightly better looking screen than HTC One M9, because it has a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, a quite better amount of pixels per screen inch and a bit larger display. The HTC One M9 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the HTC One M9 also has a 64 bits processor, a much better graphics co-processor working at 600 MHz and 4 more cores.
The HTC One M9 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the same video frame rates and a F2.2 aperture, the HTC One M9 also has a higher 20 megapixels resolution camera in the back and a bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The HTC One M9 has as much storage to store more apps and games as Galaxy Note Edge, both of them have an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB and equal 32 GB internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a bit superior battery duration than HTC One M9, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity instead of 2840mAh.
Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the HTC One M9. If you want to save some money, you can buy the HTC One M9, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your money.
