Comparison review
The Galaxy Note Edge is just a bit better than the HTC U11, having an 81.7 score against 77.6. Even being the best phone in this review, it must be noted that it's also incredibly older, a little bit thicker and just a little bit heavier. The Galaxy Note Edge has a sharper screen than HTC U11, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch of display, and they both have exactly the same 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a little bit larger screen.
HTC U11 counts with a much bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have an external memory slot that holds up to 128 GB, the HTC U11 also has 32 GB more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a little better processing power than HTC U11, because although it has a lower number of cores and less RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics co-processor.
HTC U11's battery performance is very similar to the battery lifetime in Galaxy Note Edge. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and the HTC U11 both count with similar cameras, because although the HTC U11 has a lower 3840x2160 video resolution and a back-facing camera with way less mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a way larger aperture and a bigger camera sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality.
Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC U11, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HTC U11. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Note Edge, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the HTC U11, resigning some features and specs.
