Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has an overall score of 82.9, which is a bit better than Galaxy Note Edge's general score of 81.7. Huawei Mate 20 Pro's construction is a lot newer, but a little heavier and just a little bit thicker than the Galaxy Note Edge. The Galaxy Note Edge features a bit faster CPU than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster) and lesser RAM, it also counts with a GPU.
The Galaxy Note Edge features a slightly better screen than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, although it has a little smaller screen, a bit less pixels per inch of screen and a little bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a very superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a better camera than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a much bigger sensor providing a way higher image quality, a bigger camera aperture to capture better low-light images and videos and a way more mega pixels camera in the back.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it costs more than Galaxy Note Edge, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Note Edge. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy Note Edge, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
