Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 8, with a global score of 81.7 against 77.4. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is older and just a little thicker than the Huawei Mate 8, it's design is still a little bit lighter. The Galaxy Note Edge has an incredibly better display than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel quantity per inch in the screen and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.

The Galaxy Note Edge has a little better processing power than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The Huawei Mate 8 has much more storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have an external memory slot that supports up to 128 GB, the Huawei Mate 8 also has more internal memory capacity.

The Huawei Mate 8 features longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh. Galaxy Note Edge takes a little bit better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs and video in low-light environments, and they both have a back-facing camera with a 16 mega-pixels resolution, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a way better video quality.

Even being the best phone in our comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is also very cheap compared to the other phones.
