The Huawei Mate X has a global score of 89.4, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge's global score of 81.7. The Huawei Mate X is a notably newer phone than the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, but it is notably heavier and way thicker. These devices come with Android OS, but Huawei Mate X has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has Android 5.0.
The Huawei Mate X and Galaxy Note Edge feature really similar processors, because although the Huawei Mate X has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores (but slower) and a greater amount of RAM. The Galaxy Note Edge counts with a more vivid screen than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a really smaller screen and a little bit worse 2560 x 1440 resolution, it also counts with a better pixels density.
Huawei Mate X counts with much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Huawei Mate X counts with a superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
Galaxy Note Edge counts with just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate X, although it has a way smaller camera sensor which gives a lot worse photo and video quality, a lot worse resolution camera and a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light captures and video.
