Comparison review
Huawei Mate X2 is a bit better than the Galaxy Note Edge, with an 89.1 score against 81.7. Huawei Mate X2's design is extremely newer and a little thinner than the Galaxy Note Edge's, although it's way heavier. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate X2 has newer 10 version and Galaxy Note Edge has Android 5.0 version.
The Galaxy Note Edge features a more vivid screen than Huawei Mate X2, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a better pixel number per inch in the display. Huawei Mate X2 has a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
Huawei Mate X2 has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of faster cores. Huawei Mate X2 features a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
The Huawei Mate X2 shoots better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate X2 also has a larger camera aperture for better low light photos and a back-facing camera with lot more MP.
Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Note Edge, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note Edge. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate X2, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Note Edge, letting go a couple specifications.
