Comparison review

Galaxy Note Edge is just a bit better than the Moto Z2 Play, having an 81.7 score against 77.4. Despite being the best in this comparison, the Galaxy Note Edge is a much older, thicker and heavier phone than the Moto Z2 Play. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a way better screen than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because it has a little bigger display, a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and more pixels per inch in the screen.

The Galaxy Note Edge has just a bit better processing power than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an extra GPU. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a slightly better camera than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a much tinier aperture which is not nice for taking photos or videos in low light situations, and they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a much higher resolution back facing camera.

Motorola Moto Z2 Play features a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy Note Edge and the Moto Z2 Play count with quite similar battery durations.

Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Moto Z2 Play, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto Z2 Play. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note Edge, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto Z2 Play, giving up a couple features and specs.
