The Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Note 3's global score of 81.2. These phones come with the same Android 5.0 OS (Operating System). The Galaxy Note Edge body has the same thickness than Galaxy Note 3, but it's a little heavier. The Galaxy Note Edge features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM and the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a faster GPU working at 500 MHz.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a little sharper screen than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel quantity per inch of screen and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a greater storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a SD card slot that allows 64 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage capacity.

The Galaxy Note 3 has just a bit longer battery life than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 3200mAh battery capacity. Galaxy Note Edge captures a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same video resolution, the same 30 fps video frame rates and a F2.2 aperture, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a better resolution back-facing camera and a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.

Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Note 3. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Galaxy Note 3, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
