Comparison review
Galaxy Note Edge is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, getting an 81.7 score against 80.4. The Galaxy Note Edge construction is extremely older, just a bit thicker and a bit heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch of display.
Galaxy Note Edge features a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has 4 less cores and 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge takes just a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a way tinier camera aperture which is not so good for low light photography and a tinier sensor capturing lower quality videos and photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a camera in the back with a much higher 16 mega pixels resolution.
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a much bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 256 GB. Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a little better battery duration than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 3200mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is also by far the cheapest one, making it an obvious call.
