Comparison review
The Galaxy Note Edge is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, having an 81.7 score against 77.8. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note Edge has newer 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport has Android 4.4.2, providing the user some additional features and better performance. Even though the Galaxy Note Edge and Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport were only released with a couple of months difference, the Galaxy Note Edge construction is just a little bit thinner but just a bit heavier.
The Galaxy Note Edge counts with a bit better CPU than Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note Edge also has more RAM and a faster graphics co-processor working at 500 MHz. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a little bit more pixels per inch in the display, a little bit larger display and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px.
The Galaxy Note Edge features a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 128 GB, the Galaxy Note Edge also has more internal memory capacity. Galaxy Note Edge features just a little bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 7 percent greater battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge takes clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy S5 Sport. They have a 16 MP resolution back-facing camera, a F2.2 aperture, a 0.38 inches back camera sensor, the same video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
