Comparison review
Galaxy Note Edge has a general score of 81.7, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active's 80.9 global score. Both of these phones have the same Android 5.0 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect. The Galaxy S6 Active features a bit better screen than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a little bit better pixel density.
The Galaxy Note Edge features a way bigger storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. Both have equal internal storage. The Galaxy S6 Active features a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy S6 Active also has a 64-bits CPU, a larger number of cores (although they are slower) and a better graphics processing unit running at 650 megahertz.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active counts with just a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 17 percent bigger battery capacity. The Galaxy Note Edge features a better camera than Galaxy S6 Active, although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for low-light captures and video, they both have a same size sensor, a camera with a 16 mega-pixels, the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S6 Active. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy S6 Active, letting go some features and specs.
