The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is a bit better than the Galaxy S7 Active's 75.8 overall score. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is an older cellphone than Galaxy S7 Active, but Samsung could make it just a little lighter and somewhat thinner anyway. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a bit better performance than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a graphics processing unit.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a little sharper display than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a quite lower display density, and they both have an equal 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a little bit larger screen. Samsung Galaxy S7 Active counts with a bit more memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 200 GB.
The Galaxy Note Edge features a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a lot smaller aperture which is not nice for low light photography, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a much more megapixels back camera.

If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
