Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is just a bit better than the Galaxy S7 edge, with an 81.7 score against 78.1. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has 5.0 version while Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge's body is older, just a little thicker and just a little heavier than the Galaxy S7 edge.
The Galaxy Note Edge counts with a more vivid display than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a little bit lower display density, and they both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a little bigger screen.
