Galaxy Note Edge has a global score of 81.7, which is a bit better than Galaxy XCover 5's general score of 78.1. The Galaxy Note Edge is an extremely older and just a little heavier phone than the Galaxy XCover 5, but Samsung was able to build it a bit thinner anyway. Both phones we are comparing have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note Edge has the previous 5.0 version while Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11 version.
Galaxy Note Edge has a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a lot greater pixel density, a much better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little bit bigger screen. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for taking photos in low light environments, and they both have a camera with a 16 MP resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 has a way bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has more internal memory and a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB. Galaxy XCover 5 and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge both feature extremely similar battery performance.
