Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a general score of 81.7, which is a bit better than Sony Xperia Z4v's overall score of 78.8. Both phones we are comparing here use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has an older 5.0 version while Sony Xperia Z4v has Android 5.1. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is an older and a little heavier cellphone than the Sony Xperia Z4v, but Samsung managed to make it just a bit thinner anyway.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a bit better processing unit than Xperia Z4v, although it has a worse graphics processing unit working at 500 megahertz and 4 less CPU cores , they both have the same RAM memory amount. Xperia Z4v features a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the Xperia Z4v also counts with a little bit better number of pixels per screen inch.
The Sony Xperia Z4v and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge count with incredibly similar memory capacity for games and applications, both have a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB and equal internal storage capacity. Xperia Z4v has a little bit better camera than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Xperia Z4v also has a larger aperture to take better low-light photography, a camera in the back with a much better resolution and a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Xperia Z4v features a battery lifetime that is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge one.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xperia Z4v, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xperia Z4v. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Xperia Z4v, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
