Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7's global score of 80.3. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a much older and just a bit thicker phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, but Samsung managed to build it a bit lighter anyway. Galaxy Note Edge counts with a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an additional graphics processor.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a brighter screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a higher pixels density. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has a larger aperture, a much larger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality, better video frame rate and a camera in the back with lot more megapixels.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 counts with much more memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 256 GB and more internal storage. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 33 percent greater battery size.
