Comparison review
Galaxy Note Edge is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, getting a global score of 81.7 against 81.1. Both devices in our current comparison include Android OS, but the Galaxy Note Edge has older 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has Android 10 version. Although the Galaxy Note Edge is way older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, it's design is lighter and just a little thinner.
Galaxy Note Edge counts with a much sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has just a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB and 64 GB internal storage. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro takes way better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking lot better quality videos and pictures, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photography and video and a back-facing camera with way more mega-pixels.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a superior battery life than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 67 percent more battery size.
Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs more than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Note Edge, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, letting go some features and specs.
