The Moto G Stylus is better than Samsung Galaxy Note II, with a score of 79.7 against 71.9. The Moto G Stylus design is notably newer and just a little thinner, but also a little heavier than Samsung Galaxy Note II. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Moto G Stylus has a more recent 11 version while Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.3 version, offering a couple nice extra features.

Moto G Stylus counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy Note II, because it has a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a lot better 48 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera.
Motorola Moto G Stylus costs a bit more money than the Galaxy Note II, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
